  • We at Life’s Little Amusements regard your right to privacy and security as very important.

    • We will NEVER sell any of your contact information, ever.
    • We will Only use e-mail or other contact information entrused to us to fulfull your order and, if you agree, to advise you of future sales or promotions.

    We use PayPal for our payment processing service because of their flexibility and outstanding security.  

    • Please note:  You are not required to “join” Pay Pal or to have a PayPal account to make a purchase with a major credit or debit card.   Secure  payments using a major credit or debit card are accepted, as well as the use of PayPal accounts.  If you are a PayPal member, you know the value and flexability of their service. 
    • Use of PayPal secures your sensitive financial information within the PayPal system.  No employee of Life’s Little Amusements ever sees more then your Name, Address, Phone number, Order number, Order content  and e-mail address.  
    • Refunds or Adjustments are processed thru PayPal by Name and Order Number, we will never ask for your card number should a payment need to be revised.

     Shipping

    • In-stock merchandise typically ships within two business days of order.
    • Items sent directly from the manufacturer or items requiring Oversized or Special Delivery may have longer lead times.
    • Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
    • In general we will cancel an order when we cannot get a confirmed ship date on an item, which is  backordered from the manufacturer, within one business day. 
    • When we believe we have a reliable back order date, we will give you the choice of accepting the date or canceling the order.  We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for backordered items; please note these dates can be subject to change beyond our control.

     

    Standard Delivery

    • Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 5-9 business days from ship date depending on where you live.
    • Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

     

    Express Delivery

    • For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service.

    Oversized Delivery

    • Certain items are subject to an Oversized Delivery charge. Please see item description for any special charges that may pertain to an item.

  • Warranties

    Warranties:

    • New Product Warranty is provided only by the manufacturer of the product.  We do not provide any warranty or guarantee in addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty.
    • Antique and Antique Hand Made products are sold “As Is” and as detailed in the product picture and description.  No warranty or guarantee is implied other than the condition that is stated in the description.
    • New Hand Crafted and Art pieces that are made as “One of a Kind” is sold as pictured and described.  Condition and/or function are detailed by the artisan.  No warranty can be made on Wall Art or Carvings.  Moisture, sunlight and temperature will affect condition.  All art pieces are created and designed to withstand average household conditions.  Placement and care for art pieces should be taken under consideration.  Details for special care requirements and/or conditions for specific products will be included at the end of the product description.
    • Wearable Art is guaranteed by the artist to hold up to normal use only.  All directions for care and/or cleaning must be followed.  Details for special care requirements or conditions for specific products will be included at the end of the product description.

     

     Damages:

    • All products are shipped insured.  Any item that is received damaged in shipping will be accepted for return or replacement, at our discretion.  Return shipping expenses will either be paid up front by us or reimbursed to the customer.
    • Packages with apparent damages should be refused upon delivery.  If in doubt, open the package in front of the delivery agent to check for damage.  Damage should be documented by both parties (delivery agent and recipient) and delivery refused.
    • If delivery has been accepted and package has been opened please contact us immediately via email to notify of the damage.  Immediate email correspondence will help to expedite replacement or refund of merchandise and advise you of proper return shipping instructions.
    • Do not attempt to return merchandise without prior authorization.  All necessary instructions will be provided to you and arrangements made for the package to be picked up at our expense.  Our goal is to make the process smooth due to the unfortunate circumstances.


  • Return Policy

    • Returns will be accepted within 7 days without any questions at the customer’s shipping expense for New, Antique, Second Hand or Handmade Products.
    • Customer must either call or email us for a Return Authorization and shipping destination.
    • All return of merchandise must be shipped and insured for the full value of the product and returned in original packaging with the return form filled out.
    • For Sale or Reduced Price items that are sold as “Final Sale”, return policy will be detailed in the product description.
    • Currently, items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs., or items that require Truck or other Special Service require coordination with the manufacturer and/or the shipper before return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return.   We’ll gladly coordinate the pickup of any large return.   Failure to properly coordinate with the Manufacture can result in their refusing the return or in charging a re-stocking fee. 
    • Our goal is to make the return of damages as smooth a process as possible for you, due to the unfortunate circumstances.
